2023年是三年疫情后的變局復(fù)蘇之年，是全面貫徹黨的二十大精神的開(kāi)局之年，在國(guó)內(nèi)大循環(huán)存在堵點(diǎn)、社會(huì)預(yù)期偏弱的大環(huán)境下，新型工業(yè)化、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)和人工智能得到大力發(fā)展。行業(yè)縱深推進(jìn)，開(kāi)辟全新賽道，必然實(shí)現(xiàn)資源整合、存量整合、行業(yè)整合的新型產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)。
2023 is the year of change and recovery after the three-year epidemic. It is also the first year to fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. In an environment where there are blockages in the domestic cycle and weak social expectations, new industrialization, digital economy and artificial intelligence has been vigorously developed. 2023年也是公司三五年計(jì)劃的收官之年。全年聚焦“綱領(lǐng)、機(jī)制、印象、勢(shì)”七字方針錨定核心，以“人、財(cái)、物、事、時(shí)、果”層層賦能管理架構(gòu)，圍繞“專精特新”完成150個(gè)項(xiàng)目孵化。擬定227條機(jī)制規(guī)則，發(fā)布44篇紅頭文件，解決232項(xiàng)疑難問(wèn)題，在“產(chǎn)值、利潤(rùn)、現(xiàn)金流”的三角博弈中砥礪前行。
2023 is also the final year of the company’s three-to-five-year plan. Throughout the year, we focused on the seven-character policy of "programme, mechanism, impression and momentum" to anchor the core, empowered the management structure at all levels with "people, finance, material, things, time and results", and completed 150 projects around "SRDI" Project incubation. We drafted 227 mechanism rules, issued 44 red-headed documents, solved 232 difficult issues, and forged ahead in the triangular game of "output value, profit, and cash flow".
《道德經(jīng)》曰：治大國(guó)若烹小鮮。以道蒞天下，其鬼不神。非其鬼不神，其神不傷人。非其神不傷人，圣人亦不傷人。夫兩不相傷，故德交歸焉。延伸到企業(yè)說(shuō)的是要以正治企，以奇用人，管理者要合大道（規(guī)律）之德而行，立政為公，執(zhí)政為民，公而忘私，真心實(shí)意造福全員，確保管理權(quán)是公權(quán)不是私權(quán)，按照客觀規(guī)律辦事，一心一意謀發(fā)展，才是長(zhǎng)久發(fā)展之道。
"Tao Te Ching" says: Governing a big country is like cooking small delicacies. When the Tao comes to the world, its ghosts are not gods. It is neither a ghost nor a god, and its gods will not hurt people. Neither gods nor saints will harm others. Husbands and wives do not hurt each other, so their virtues return to each other. Extended to the enterprise, it means that enterprises should be managed with integrity and people should be employed wisely. Managers should act in accordance with the principles of Tao (law), establish government for the public, govern for the people, forget selfishness, sincerely benefit all employees, and ensure management. Rights are public rights, not private rights. Acting in accordance with objective laws and pursuing development wholeheartedly is the way to long-term development.
過(guò)去一年，我們步履不停。新增21549家合作伙伴，簽訂銷售合同12078份，產(chǎn)值增幅22.3%。市場(chǎng)體系圍繞“35150計(jì)劃”實(shí)現(xiàn)向項(xiàng)目部轉(zhuǎn)型的重大突破，運(yùn)營(yíng)體系適配項(xiàng)目轉(zhuǎn)型重塑八大核心系列產(chǎn)品，在各個(gè)細(xì)分領(lǐng)域深耕細(xì)作，打造真產(chǎn)品、實(shí)價(jià)格、零距離的全息產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈和供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)。

過(guò)去一年，我們攜手并肩。成立北京生命科學(xué)項(xiàng)目部，慶祝商丘分公司成立六周年以及新鄉(xiāng)廠區(qū)成立十周年，商丘裂解團(tuán)隊(duì)和中高層內(nèi)蒙十日自駕游，優(yōu)秀合伙人父母三亞七日游暨山東半島四日游，成功舉辦第十四屆新春團(tuán)拜會(huì)、2023年度對(duì)賭大會(huì)和股票交易大會(huì)、第十屆23公里徒步越野賽、五一勞動(dòng)模范評(píng)選及新入職合伙人封閉拓訓(xùn)，召開(kāi)職代會(huì)第三次會(huì)議審議通過(guò)213項(xiàng)議題并進(jìn)一步召開(kāi)第四次會(huì)議深化131項(xiàng)議題，第四屆冷餐會(huì)啟動(dòng)“克難攻堅(jiān)、決戰(zhàn)百天”一掃市場(chǎng)壓力逆勢(shì)增長(zhǎng)，以戰(zhàn)績(jī)捍衛(wèi)榮譽(yù)。

The 14th New Year Group Visiting, the 2023 Annual Gambling Conference and Stock Trading Conference, the 10th 23-kilometer cross-country hiking race, the May 1st Labor Model Selection and closed training for new partners was held.
